Problem Statement

Time & Resource Management: Clinics have limited time and resources, which means they need smart ways to increase sales. Creating a digital solution that helps schedule appointments better, uses resources wisely, and reduces waiting times can make a big difference in patient experience and revenue.

Sales: Selling insurance products takes a lot longer to get paid compared to self-pay products. Understanding how customers buy and what they prefer is tough. A digital solution that gathers and analyzes data can help clinics figure out the best sales strategies and connect with customers more effectively.

Organization Management: Managing clinics with many branches is hard. Hiring people, tracking sales across branches, and deciding how to boost sales need a clear plan. A digital tool with easy-to-use screens that show real-time info about each branch's performance can help clinics make better choices and improve overall sales.

In the project's early stages, Threease Pro lacked a unified design system. Our team was consistently rolling out updates and new features without a standardised approach. Recognising the necessity, I championed the implementation of a robust design system to streamline our design and development processes. This initiative aimed to bring cohesion, consistency, and efficiency to our product's user interface.

In the project's early stages, Threease Pro lacked a unified design system. Our team was consistently rolling out updates and new features without a standardised approach. Heuristic Evaluation:
We conducted a comprehensive evaluation of Threease Pro design using established usability principles. Through this internal assessment, we systematically pinpointed potential usability concerns in alignment with recognized industry heuristics. Drawing on our combined expertise, we gained valuable insights that directed subsequent design improvements.


Surveys:

To capture a broader user perspective, we distributed meticulously crafted surveys to our user base. These surveys featured targeted questions that yielded both quantitative and qualitative feedback. By amassing responses from diverse users, we acquired invaluable insights into their satisfaction levels, perceptions of usability, and specific pain points encountered.


Customer Interviews:

Regular customer interviews were scheduled to extract feedback and gain deeper insights into their requirements and preferences.

Data Analysis:
Leveraging the capabilities of Fullstory and Google Analytics, we delved into data analysis. Fullstory revealed user behavior patterns, while Google Analytics furnished vital metrics on user interactions, presenting a comprehensive snapshot of user engagement with Threease Pro. These robust tools played a pivotal role in extracting actionable insights that guided our design refinements and optimization strategies.

Challenges and Solutions

During the Threease Pro project, we confronted and effectively addressed various challenges, demonstrating adept problem-solving skills:

Clinics exhibited varying operational structures and workflows, rendering appointment scheduling intricate. We conducted thorough research to gain a comprehensive understanding of clinic operations. Subsequently, our team designed an exceptionally adaptable scheduling system. This resulted in a remarkable 10% reduction in patient waiting times.


Diverse Clinic Requirements:

Each clinic presented unique requirements, ranging from multi-branch networks to standalone practices. Through close collaboration with clinics, we discerned crucial pain points and customized our design accordingly. This effort culminated in a significant enhancement of operational efficiency, with clinics of various sizes experiencing a 20% improvement.


Technical Feasibility:

Ensuring the technical feasibility and seamless integration of a user-centric solution was imperative.
